Bildteknik was founded in 2009 in Lund, Sweden — home to one of Europe's strongest medtech ecosystems. With Skåne University Hospital next door, Lund University's Faculty of Engineering across the street, and a thriving cluster of medical device companies around us, we develop our solutions where clinical reality and engineering excellence meet.
Our team works closely with clinicians, hospital technicians and biomedical engineers to solve a problem that exists in virtually every hospital: fragmented audiovisual systems that make it harder to capture, review and share what happens in the operating room, the catheter lab or the examination room.
We build vendor-neutral systems that integrate imaging, video, audio and monitoring from any equipment — and connect seamlessly with PACS, EHR and RIS. From a single examination room to a multi-site hospital network, our solutions scale to fit.
Today, Bildteknik systems are installed in over 15 university hospitals across three continents, from Karolinska in Stockholm to HAMAD Medical in Qatar and TATA Hospital in Mumbai.
